NOVEMBER 2026 | SHOW UP. WORK HARD. SHINE!
November is here, and we're getting closer to competition season! Our teams have learned their routines, and now we're focused on cleaning skills, building confidence, and preparing for our December showcase.
We have some exciting events ahead, but this month is also about attendance, accountability, and teamwork. Here's what BAS families need to know!
We've put in the work to get here. Now it's time to bring everything together!

This Month’s Focus: SHOW UP & SHOW OUT!
We're entering an exciting part of our first season!
Our athletes have made progress, but there's still work to do. Some athletes are falling behind due to missed practices, and we need everyone showing up consistently and ready to work.
As BAS grows, we're continuing to improve our processes, communication, and expectations. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our athletes, and that takes teamwork from our coaches, athletes, and families.
Every athlete has a role. Every practice has a purpose. Every teammate matters.
Let's work hard, support one another, and have some FUN this November!

LET'S TALK PAYMENTS
As we prepare for competition registration, ALL All-Star accounts must be paid in full and current by November 15, 2026.
Athletes with outstanding balances after this deadline will be removed from their team roster and will not be registered for competitions.
November payments include:
Monthly Tuition — Due November 1
Annual License & Insurance Fee — Due November 1
Any outstanding uniform, season, or competition fees
Tuition is due on the 1st, with a grace period through the 5th. Late fees apply after the grace period.
Keeping accounts current is the parent/guardian's responsibility. If you anticipate a payment issue, please communicate with Coach Monica before the deadline.

BAS SHOWCASE & COMPETITION UPDATE!
The countdown is ON! It's almost SHOWTIME!
Our BAS Season One Showcase is happening Friday, December 4, 2026, from 6:30–8:30 PM at Grace City Church in Lakeland!
Get ready for an exciting evening as our athletes take the floor to show off their hard work and kick off our first All-Star competition season!
SHOWCASE TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
General Admission (ages 13+): $10
Children (ages 4–12): $5
Ages 3 & under: FREE (lap seating)
Performing BAS athletes: FREE
Limited seating! All guests must purchase tickets in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door.
FOOD, FUN & BAS SPIRIT!
We'll have concessions available for purchase, including food, chips, snacks, sodas, and bottled water, along with BAS merchandise and spirit wear!
2027 COMPETITION SEASON
Our competition season officially begins January 23–24, 2027! We're finalizing our competition calendar with a focus on giving our athletes the best experience while keeping travel and competition costs in mind.
Each team will receive its own updated competition schedule, including competition dates, locations, and important details.
We can't wait to celebrate our athletes and officially kick off an incredible season together!
PRACTICE & ATHLETE EXPECTATIONS
Attendance is extremely important!
We're now cleaning routines, improving technique, and preparing to perform.
When athletes miss practice, they fall behind, and it affects their stunt groups, formations, and teammates.
All-Star athletes are expected to attend every scheduled practice unless an absence has been planned and communicated in advance.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14: We will have an additional team practice. Times and team-specific details will be announced.
Coaches may continue adjusting formations, stunt groups, skills, and routine elements as we prepare for competition.
Athletes should arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared to give their best effort!
Reminder: All-Star practices remain closed to parents. The main floor and back room are reserved for athletes and staff only.

BAS COMPETITION READY NIGHT! 💙🖤
Friday, November 20 | 6:30 PM | BAS Gym
Calling all BAS moms and parents!
Join us for a relaxed evening of hanging out, getting to know other BAS parents, and preparing for competition season together! We'll share hair and makeup tips, talk all things competition, ask questions, and enjoy some much-needed parent bonding time. Whether you're a first-time cheer parent or a seasoned cheer mom, come hang out, connect, and have some fun!
Athletes will have open gym!

Saturday, November 21 | Ages 12+ | BAS Gym
Our older athletes are invited to dress up, enjoy dinner, take photos, and make memories with friends!
School friends and cousins ages 12+ are welcome.

Competition uniforms are expected to begin arriving over the next couple of weeks! Athletes need to have BLACK cheer shoes for showcase and competition. These can be purchased by parents or you can order them through the gym.

FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEERS
There are currently no fundraisers scheduled for November. Tuition and all payments still remain due and on time.
We're still looking for parents to help with special events, showcase preparation, and competition activities. Even helping with one event makes a difference!
