A NOTE FROM COACH MONICA

This Month's Focus: Building Strong Foundations

July is where our season really begins. Before choreography starts, we're focused on building the strength, flexibility, technique, teamwork, and confidence our athletes need to have a successful competition season.

You may notice we're spending extra time on drills, conditioning, timing, jumps, and level-appropriate skills. That's intentional. Great routines aren't built by rushing ahead—they're built on strong fundamentals.

As always, thank you for trusting our coaching staff and believing in the process. The work we put in now will set our athletes up for an incredible season.

With BAS Pride,

Coach Monica

NEW TEAMS FORMING

We're still building our Summer Performance Team!

Practices include one team practice PLUS a tumbling class weekly and athletes will perform at a local competition later this season.

Current All-Star athletes are welcome to participate as well.

If you know someone interested in cheer with a lower time commitment, we'd love to meet them!

All Star Team Openings

Our All-Star teams are almost full.

Current openings:

  • Royal Reign: two open spots birth years 2014-2019

  • Untamed: is FULL

  • Dollhouse: one spot available

If your athlete is interested in joining an All-Star team, please reach out as soon as possible. Once spots are filled, we may not be able to add additional athletes.

Senior Team Interest

We're exploring the possibility of forming a Senior All-Star Team.

If your athlete is interested, or you know someone who may be a good fit, let Coach Monica know!
